On Sunday, 75 vendors came together in Bristol for the 14th biannual Passport to Health & Wellness Expo. Organizer Shirley Bloethe highlighted the importance of this event for small businesses, many of which operate from home. “They have to actually go to an expo in order for customers to see them and know who they are,” she explained, underscoring the expo's role in connecting local entrepreneurs with the community.
The expo showcased a variety of holistic health practices, promoting wellness through alternative therapies and natural products. Attendees had the opportunity to explore booths featuring everything from herbal remedies to wellness coaching. Workshops and demonstrations enriched the experience, allowing participants to engage with the concepts of mindfulness, nutrition, and physical fitness.
This gathering not only fosters community spirit but also encourages individuals to prioritize their health and well-being through a comprehensive approach. The Passport to Health & Wellness Expo continues to be a vital platform for promoting holistic health in Bristol.
