Protective Gear, Essential Medicines Bound for DRC Health Providers Treating Ebola

Over the past week, a major humanitarian organization has delivered 196 shipments of requested medical aid to 35 U.S. states and territories, as well as 13 countries worldwide. The shipments contained 3.6 million defined daily doses of medication, along with essential protective gear. Among the most critical deliveries are supplies bound for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where health providers are battling a fresh outbreak of Ebola.

The cargo includes personal protective equipment such as gloves, gowns, and face shields, alongside medicines needed to treat patients and protect frontline workers.
